Community outreach · Glendale, California
Rooted in Glendale. Invested in its people.
Our commitment reaches beyond the cases we handle. It lives in the families, traditions, and Armenian American community that make Glendale home.
A commitment close to home
Showing up is where community begins.
RA & Associates was built in Glendale, and that local connection shapes how we give back. We believe community support should be visible and personal: collecting gifts for children, standing behind Armenian achievement, and participating in civic institutions that strengthen the place our team calls home.
These are not disconnected moments. Together, they tell one story—of a law firm that sees service as a relationship, not a campaign.
Chapter one · Local families
Turning a holiday tradition into local action.
During the 2025 holiday season, RA & Associates hosted an office collection of new, unwrapped toys in support of the Glendale Fire Department’s Spark of Love Toy Drive. Team members and community participants helped fill the collection with gifts before the donations were delivered to Glendale Fire Station 21.
Spark of Love is an annual ABC7 and Southern California firefighters campaign serving children and families in need, with Subaru as the 2025 presenting sponsor. For our team, participating meant giving neighbors a direct way to turn generosity into a brighter holiday for local children.

Chapter two · Armenian pride
Standing behind the drive to achieve.
Glendale’s Armenian community is filled with people who carry their heritage into every arena—including sport. RA & Associates’ sponsorship of an Armenian combat-sports athlete reflects a belief that discipline, resilience, and the courage to pursue excellence deserve to be seen and celebrated.
For Managing Partner Romel Ambarchyan, the moment pictured here is personal: it connects the values demanded in competition with the perseverance our attorneys see in the people and families they represent every day.
The championship belt shown is associated with UpNext Fighting (UNF), not UFC. Chapter three · Community recognition
An honor rooted in generosity and support.
On , the Armenian Council of America gathered community leaders in Glendale for its inaugural Annual Gala—a celebration of Armenian American heritage, civic engagement, advocacy, and service.
That evening, RA & Associates received the Corporate Benevolence Award in recognition of the firm’s generosity and support. The honor belongs to the firm as a whole and reflects the relationships built when local businesses participate meaningfully in community life.
